25th October.... 1 week to go.

All righty then.... we are hitting the final straight.... and getting ready to move back in. !!!

Finally !!!

The retaining wall is in and backfilled.
The wall has over 3 tons or cement, water, gravel and sand in it.. .There is 2 tons of back fill gravel behind it. ... so that's not going anywhere and is finally all finished.

Cleared up the skip and front yard.
Got the drainage in around the back.
Put a clothesline in and a letter box.

Next week the move is on!

18th of October - Countdown is one - 2 weeks to go.....

Update for this week.

We have the Carpet in the house this is last thing to do inside before moving in...

The guys  filled the concrete into the retaining  walls. No new photos of that, but got the retaining walls completed for the back yard. Just the deck to go in now.

I planted the 75 litre tree lilly pilly...

10th of October... Driveway finished and retaining wall in ...

Ok... so the driveway is finished .... finally ...

The retaining wall went in today... pretty much done in a day....

So first shot is the dum ass council not allowing for a flowing driveway.
We need to change this and will after the council sign off on it....

Originally the driveway was meant to be done in a week ... so much for that ... week 2 and still not done.....

James and i dug out the area for the new pool pump.... now all i got to do is move the bastard !

Cleared out the plants from the back of the yard ... it was 36 degrees this weekend., ...

The driveway is taking longer than expected
The rock is a bit harder than expected.

We have teh side path laid in baby poo brown concrete.
