James and i dug out the area for the new pool pump.... now all i got to do is move the bastard !

Cleared out the plants from the back of the yard ... it was 36 degrees this weekend., ...

1st of October - Driveway formwork and side path

The driveway is taking longer than expected
The rock is a bit harder than expected.

We have teh side path laid in baby poo brown concrete.

29th September - Driveway excavation

Excavation for the drive way and retaining wall has been started.
Major messy job, rock is very tough, getting there

Excavation used a small digger and finished the job with a rock saw.

This was shows the before and after photos of the rock excavation. The rock at the top is the excavation from the side of the house.

13th September - Tiles laid

Tiles were laid this week.

7th Sept - Flooring update

Flooring update.

Floor was laid on the weekend, engineered prefinished blackbutt.
Getting ready for the tiles to be laid this week.
1 minor plumbing issue in the backyard/ 

Cement sheets for stabilisation have been laid as a foundation for the tiles 
Rumpus room wiht only back lights on.

 Hallway and landings

 Blackbutt laid upstairs.

Plumbing down pipe was cracked and with water pressure from the tank - we got a geyser.

5th Sept First retaining wall

We go the keys and this weekend was all about the retaining wall on the south side of the house.
