Impressed that Montgomery use an independent consulting firm to review and provide defects prior to us being in the house.
The house had a whole heap of orange dots where the consultants had picked up defects.
We only picked out about 3 or 4 additional defects.
Kudos to montgomery homes for the way they handled handover
